Radicular Cyst :
➢Clinical Features

- Aspiration: shiny straw-colored fluid. If the cyst becomes infected, fluid will be turbid and dull.
- root resorption to adjacent teeth

# Periphery & Shape
- well defined and corticated unless the cyst becomes infected {loss of definition and cortication (the cortex may become more sclerotic).}
- Shape : circular
➢Internal Structure
➢Effect on vital structures
- may invaginate the antrum but there’s a cortical boundary separating between the cyst and the antrum.
- may cause inferior displacement of inferior alveolar nerve
